Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata forward Agustín Auzmendi shared a moving story about the passing of his younger brother in a fire. Auzmendi recalled the impact of receiving the news and how he navigated that difficult episode. The forward, who currently plays for Gimnasia, spoke about the emotional impact of the event and how it affected his life. Auzmendi also revealed that he has different tributes to his brother on his skin and remembered the bond they shared. "I have an angel and a phrase that is for him 'I only get back up with your voice' and also confessed: 'I always get into the Facebook chat we had that he told me he loved me a lot', he expressed. In the interview, Auzmendi also mentioned that he has been motivated by his brother's presence throughout his career and related it directly to the path he took to reach Primera División. "Before each game, I ask him to help me and I always said that I did everything for him, many things of my process and arrival were for him", he concluded. After the traditional blood donation day, Gimnasia will continue with the celebrations for a new anniversary of its birthday with a special day that will take place this Saturday in the Bosque. The institution prepares different proposals for partners, fans and families to participate in the celebrations. The activities will start from midday and will have as one of the main attractions the traditional lentil stew, a proposal that year after year brings together hundreds of supporters in a climate of encounter and celebration. Additionally, it is expected that there will be a significant turnout to share a new significant date in the history of the club. On the other hand, from the organization they informed that there will also be food trucks and different recreational events to accompany the day. In this way, Gimnasia will continue with the celebrations for its anniversary with activities thought for the whole family in the traditional scenario of the Bosque platense.
